Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

I've never done a poo test. I'll ask Mexico next time I go.
Turned out nice again.
Good morning...nights are long when you don't sleep. Tut.
Won the lotto... a free lucky dip for Saturday.

Good morning, we had a nice evening with our friends in their hotel watching a Tina Turner tribute band which was actually very good, but how much Tina Turner can one take? I was glad when it finished!! My eye/nose was playing up terribly and became all swollen and weepy. Was glad to get home to bed however!
Hope you are all ok.
Morning all
Bit murky out there .Supposed to brighten up later though.
I was up very bright and early 'cos I was forced to by next door.
♫ If I had a hammer ...I'd hammer in the morning ♫
Hmm ...if i had a hammer I'd like to stick it somwhere :) It's getting on my nerves now.
I hate diy noise....unless it's my diy being done :)

The air must be full of crip, there's a spider's web on the outside of my window with lots of particles and seeds stuck in it.
Good morning all. I tried quinoa yesterday and really wish I hadn’t. It was in a ready prepared frozen rice and vegetable thing...the mix of textures was really unpleasant and today my stomach is not pleased with me.....
I'll have a proper look when I'm on the big puta woofy, it's slow to load on here. Moondust has got a Winnie book set. He's into picking up a pen now and 'signing' book pages and any other papers and letters lying around.
It's very quiet at the shops this morning, it must be the lull before the bank holiday. Good luck with the grockles where applicable.
oh dear Robi! don’t leave your antiquarian books and Georgian watercolour folio around!
We stay home over bank holidays....cannot stand the roads or the idiots
had a lovely sunny day at the William Morris house out east (not the one south of the river) and came home a roundabout way on overground trains to make the most of the sunshine rather than using the tube. Of ourse above ground you have the view of industrial estates to enchant the eye too.
Ain't no sunshine here.....
OH has acquired an egg and chips plant. It's really eggplant and chips. It produces aubergines from the stem and potatoes in the roots. It all sounds highly unnatural to me and I hope nobody sends plagues of locusts to teach us a lesson.

Ooh I say, that's an oddity. I can't remember ever having eaten aubergine or maybe it's forgettable.
I imagine if you mashed the whole plant down you'd get moussaka.
I saw them for sale..very interesting. I bought an aubergine once on one of my healthy and diverse eating kicks....all the recipes I could find added loads of ingredients to give flavour so I decided that anything that needed that much doing to it to make it edible was on a loser with me so I chucked it.
I like aubergine deep fried in batter. I saw some plants like that somewhere that had potatoes and tomatoes growing from one stem.
The evening crowned the day here ,it got out lovely and I spent the afternoon wading through a pile of ironing which was a couple of things for me and about twenty shirts and other odds and ends for my brother.I'm glad I've got that chair to perch on otherwise it would have taken me all week .
Just watched whispering Dan,tired now and it's time for bed.
Night all.
Just a quick hello and goodnight. Had a good time in York. Home tomorrow.
See you again soon BiddyFriends.

Good morning biddies. Oh I love eggplant, here it is called berenjenia. Grilled with cheese it's lush.
Oh the damned cat was playing up last night I was up and down letting her in and then out and then in. So tired!
Think summer has arrived although there is still a cool breeze luckily. I bought a beautiful lace long top/ short dress yesterday, it's pale lemon colour, but think will have to wear it with white leggings, couldn't resist it!
