Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

mine would lick it off. I know what they mean but i would hope that they would test it on animals! We are enjoying a quiet day here, calm weather, waitrose has delivered and I have just done my tax return online. Tortoises are back in the spare room and stomping around like peeved poltergeists.
I used to hate suspender belts and was so pleased when tights came in. nowadays i wear jeans and socks, haven’t worn a skirt or tights for at least 7 years, probably longer. Noo boots :) I know they are for winter and I DO NOT care....I mean everyone needs denim coloured slouch bikers don’t they?

Cloudy day but very warm .Lol Jno .I used to put some stuff like that on Shaneys paws in the cold weather.
Nice boots Woofy .
I'm a happy bunny .No more bandages ,got me socks on .They look alright I suppose sort of a neutral colour .Funny though that the prescription says two and two is what I got.Two socks not two pairs so have to hike to the surgery later for another prescription.
The nurse said although they ask for packs they always send singles. I still have to go back for check ups though and have been given strict instructions on leg care.

Well done shaney, what a relief for you, keep up the good work. I've had to chase up my bloomin repeat prescription, it should have been ready days ago. I took my last this morning so some firm words were needed yesterday. I still had to give them a shove this morning, they (boots) didn't even look me in the face or apologise....probably scared my withering stare would turn them to stone.

I remember my first bra, I'm still wearing it. Not much development in that area :) And oh, sweet freedom when tights arrived, but we had to go to Nottingham for them until our sleepy town woke up.
I've got my eye on some autumnal suede boots.

Not really Neti.It's still very red and dry but I have new skin where it was ulcerated and oozing and that has to be kept moisturised,twice a day.
Got a prescription and went in Superbug where they hauled me in for a consultation on my medication .
She said ..ooh where have you been? ..I want a word with you .I didn't realise I was so popular:)
I can't seem to escape these medical people lately .

Just to bore you all even more .The pharmacist told me that when they order these socks for people they order per sock not per pair. People who have to pay for their prescriptions have to pay for each sock.Cheaper to buy them on Amazon ! You learn something new every day on these medical mystery tours.

Good morning pinch punch first day of the month. I was saying that at 3am when I couldn't sleep, it was too hot and Mr N doesn't like the air con on,,so we had a fan and the door open but lights on in hall for hija who didn't finish work until 3 so was home at 3.20 but I was awake then. Cat shouting at 5 so I was awake again!
Hija has to get her passport photos today so I'm have to scout about and find a photographer who knows the requirements as a lot have been returned to Friends as not correct!

Well I've finished waiting now...no mow show. I spend half my life waiting for something. Yesterday, after the prescription hoohar, it was a delivery. 'Later this afternoon' turned out to be 7pm.
I'd throw things but there's only me to clean up.
