What you mean,

What job would you ideally like to do, realistically?

Question Author

Cleaning or in a warehouse

Is your response'what you mean' aimed at me?

I will assume it is!

You make little effort, you complain about every manager and you don't appear to be able to complete the simplest of tasks.

You have had a number of cleaning roles and some warehouse experience. Can you give us an example of one such job you have done that went well and which you can use as an example to a potential employer to show you are a strong/ideal candidate?

Have you thought about a different sort of job for a change?

Have you any computer / keyboard skills?

Question Author

What you mean little effort?

Three managers I've not got on with.

Only had 1 warehouse role.

I got computer skills but want something more physical.

Question Author

Mcdonalds but don't enjoy

You have previously said that you would need help with the physical side of warehouse work.

But if you're looking for roles in cleaning or warehouses, can you give an example of where you have made a success of your role as a cleaner or warehouse employee?

Question Author

Strength wise for now yeah.

This one where I am now and mcdonalds.

Only one but brought back an ex employee.

He brought back a previous member of staff because you were not doing the job. In your posts you told AB that he felt you needed to put more effort in.

Okay, it may be easier to obtain a cleaning role as you have some experience and can point to some success (in that your hours weren't reduced in your latest role) whereas you have no track record inw arehouse roles.

Question Author

No as rest of the time I was on checkout.

No I haven't had a long term role in Warehous

Question Author

My mum and an ex employee plus reviews said the company of my warehouse role are not nice.

Have you tried advertising yourself as a cleaner on a local Facebook website? Then, you could pick and choose which jobs you feel up to.

Question Author

No how you do that?

Do you have a local Facebook group?

Why not try for some seasonal work eg. Argos, Tesco etc.

Then you could still be applying for other jobs meantime.

Do you have a local careers service, or even the job centre - take your cv to them, ask them to read it over and they might help you write it in a better way.

Question Author

I've sent my CV to careers wales to look at.
