LASER SURGERY - What do you think?

Went for a consultation for laser eye surgery, told I would need LASEK with Wavefront. Most people seem to have Lasik but don't know any that had the Lasek. Anyone had LASEK, and what do they think?

My knees hurt! :-(

I've noticed my knees are hurting during & after my weekly Step Aerobics class... I guess it's quite a high impact class. Any hints or tips? Would better thicker soled/cushioned trainers help?

Cyprus day trip to Egypt

I've noticed on the Thomson website that you can do a one-day trip from Cyprus to Egypt to see the Pyrammids etc. Has anyone done this? Was it expensive & how long was the flight? Thanks.
